Nessim Dabah
Founder & CEO
Nessim Dabah is an international business executive with extensive experience in global sourcing, product development, manufacturing, importation, and supply-chain management.
Based in Panama, he leads Millennium's work connecting retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and private-label businesses throughout Latin America and the Caribbean with qualified manufacturing partners in Asia.
His hands-on approach spans supplier selection, factory negotiation, product development, production supervision, quality assurance, packaging, logistics, and regional market strategy. He believes successful international sourcing is built on trust, transparency, clear communication, and strong long-term relationships.

Jorge Sion Dabah
Co-Founder & CCO
Jorge Sion Dabah brings more than ten years of experience designing apparel and selling into the Latin American and United States markets.
He has handled programs end to end—from first design concept through to production approvals— giving him extensive product and fabric knowledge and a practical read on what a specification will cost and how it will actually run on the floor.
At Millennium he leads commercial strategy and product direction, translating each client's assortment and price targets into buildable specifications with the right factory and the right materials.
